Travelling by electric car?

EV charging – Parking spaces with EV charging directly at the house - 4 wallboxes with fixed Type 2 cables and up to 11 kW AC are available for our 6 apartments; unlock with the RFID chip in the apartment key tag; charging is free and there is no need to move the car; in summer, solar power from our own roof during the day; at busy times we coordinate use as needed.

Prices and availability are calculated on this page without contacting third parties. Only when you click Continue to the secure booking form is the Feratel Deskline / booking&more booking flow, provided through the tourism association, loaded and a connection to its servers established. Cancellation policy

The relevant date is the time when we receive your cancellation in writing (for example by email). Depending on your travel period, one of the rules below applies. The price summary shows which rule applies after you select dates and an apartment; the dated rule shown in the booking step is binding. The deposit is 30% of the accommodation and final cleaning price and is due 3 days after booking confirmation (only when there are more than 3 days until arrival).

Cancellation policy – 60 days

  • More than 60 days before arrival: free of charge
  • 60 to 30 days before arrival: 30 % of the total price
  • 29 to 8 days before arrival: 70 % of the total price
  • 7 to 1 days before arrival: 90 % of the total price
  • Cancellation on the day of arrival: 90 % of the total price
  • No-show: 100 % of the total price

  • More than 30 days before arrival: free of charge
  • 30 to 8 days before arrival: 30 % of the total price
  • 7 to 1 days before arrival: 70 % of the total price

Offset against the deposit

During the free-cancellation period, the deposit is refunded in full. For a later cancellation, any deposit already paid is credited against the applicable cancellation fee – it is not added on top. If the cancellation fee is 30 %, it is fully covered by the deposit. If the cancellation fee is higher, only the amount exceeding the deposit is payable. The total price includes accommodation and final cleaning; tourist tax is not charged in the event of cancellation.
