Veranda Apartment No. 6

Follow the sun around the apartment. Veranda Apartment No. 6 is the only apartment in the house with two verandas: the south-east veranda with private seating for morning coffee, and the north-west veranda for the late afternoon and evening.

At 72 m² it is also our largest apartment. There are two bedrooms with box-spring beds; the veranda bedroom also has an extendable single sofa bed. The living area has another box-spring double bed and an extendable single sofa bed. This gives up to six guests flexible sleeping options without feeling cramped. Two modern bathrooms with WC, renovated in 2025, are both accessed directly from the entrance hall and make mornings easier. The generous living area has a fully equipped kitchen, an extra-large dining table and a cosy corner bench for meals, games and time together. The apartment is on the upper floor, one flight of stairs above the main entrance.

The Grafenberg valley station and Wasserwelt Wagrain are both about a five-minute walk away. Admission to Wasserwelt Wagrain and the family and textile sauna is included for our guests during opening hours. Parking is directly in front of the house and can be seen from the north-west veranda. The playground is in the garden.
