A place for the morning sun: Veranda Apartment No. 5 has its own access to the south-east veranda with seating, so you can start the day with coffee and mountain views.
The 50 m² apartment has a living area and a separate bedroom. The bedroom contains a box-spring double bed and a 140 × 200 cm bed with two sleeping places. It is comfortable for one adult; the second sleeping place is best suited to a child or to an adult who is comfortable with access from one side only, because one long side is against the wall. In the living area, the sofa bed provides two individually extendable sleeping places and measures 160 × 200 cm when fully opened. This gives up to five guests flexible sleeping arrangements. The fully equipped kitchen, extra-large dining table and cosy corner bench offer plenty of room for meals, games and relaxed evenings. Bathroom and WC are separate.
The Grafenberg valley station and Wasserwelt Wagrain are both about a five-minute walk away. Admission to Wasserwelt Wagrain and the family and textile sauna is included for our guests during opening hours. Parking is directly in front of the house, and the playground is in the garden.
The apartment is on the upper floor, one flight of stairs above the main entrance.
