Two bedrooms and two bathrooms make Garden Apartment No. 3 particularly convenient when several people travel together. Each bedroom has its own modern bathroom with WC, so there is no queue outside the bathroom in the morning.

In summer, you can also reach the apartment with a stroller through the garden.

The garden bedroom has a Swiss stone-pine double bed and two additional extendable single sofa beds, each 80 × 200 cm. The west bedroom has a box-spring double bed and another extendable single sofa bed, also 80 × 200 cm. This gives up to five guests flexible sleeping arrangements. Both bedrooms have a Smart TV. The cosy kitchen has a dining corner with a direct view towards the playground through the panoramic window, so children can play outside while you can still keep an eye on them. The kitchenette is fully equipped, including dishwasher and coffee machines.

The apartment is on the garden level, with the playground and lawn only a few steps away. The Grafenberg valley station and Wasserwelt Wagrain are both about a five-minute walk away. Admission to Wasserwelt Wagrain and the family and textile sauna is included for our guests during opening hours. Parking is directly in front of the house.
