Open the door and you are almost straight outside. Garden Apartment No. 1 is on the garden level of Apartmenthaus Kristall: one flight of stairs down from the main entrance, but level with the garden and with its own direct access outdoors. The private south-east terrace has its own seating area, morning sun and mountain views. There is a swing in the garden, and the playground is just around the corner.

In summer, you can also reach the apartment with a stroller through the garden.

The 55 m² apartment has a separate bedroom and an open living area with a fully equipped kitchen, an extra-large dining table and a comfortable corner bench - plenty of space for meals, games and time together. The bedroom has a double bed and two day beds; one of the day beds measures 75 × 180 cm and is especially suitable for children. There are additional sleeping options in the living area, so the apartment can be used flexibly depending on your group. The modern bathroom has a shower and an illuminated round mirror.

The location keeps everyday holiday travel short: the Grafenberg valley station and Wasserwelt Wagrain are both about a five-minute walk away. Admission to Wasserwelt Wagrain and the family and textile sauna is included for our guests during opening hours. Parking is directly in front of the house.
