House, garden & location

There is space in the house for your equipment: a lockable ski and snowboard room and a ski-boot dryer in the boot room next to the entrance. Bike & e-bike storage room – A dedicated storage room is available for bicycles and e-bikes.

Garden Apartments 1, 2 and 3: E-bikes can be wheeled through the garden to the terrace, where they can be parked and charged. Each garden apartment has an outdoor power socket

A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available for a small charge per use; detergent is provided. One parking space directly at the house is included per apartment; spaces are not assigned. From the north-west verandas of Apartments 6 and 7, the parking area is visible. EV charging – Parking spaces with EV charging directly at the house - 4 wallboxes with fixed Type 2 cables and up to 11 kW AC are available for our 6 apartments; unlock with the RFID chip in the apartment key tag; charging is free and there is no need to move the car; in summer, solar power from our own roof during the day; at busy times we coordinate use as needed. Playroom & library – Spielzimmer für Kinder; kleine Bibliothek mit Büchern zur Umgebung. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, and fresh bread rolls can be delivered each morning on request.

And then there is the location itself: about five minutes on foot to the Grafenberg valley station, and about the same distance in the other direction to Wasserwelt Wagrain. The new 10-person gondola is due to start operating during December 2026. For many guests, the car stays parked for most of the holiday. The valley, village and mountains you see in the photos – in summer and winter – begin right beyond the garden fence.
